Despite a confusing check-in process, we enjoyed the convenient location next to a playground and found the room clean, albeit small. The fresh bathroom made our stay comfortable.

For smoother check-in, inquire about the exact location beforehand as the check-in point differs from the accommodation.

lovely garden, pool access, spacious room
Check-in was a confusing ordeal. no clear instructions on where to go!!! The property is a bit far from the main hotel. this adds unnecessary hassle when needing to check-in or out!!! Basic amenities like an iron could be improved!!!

Suitable for couples looking for comfort
I stayed here for one night and that room was newly renovated with awesome AC and a fridge. Even with the noise from a loud family next door that kept us up, the room was quiet at first and the bed was really comfy.
Not exactly cheap but the quality made it acceptable.

Perfect for a quick stay!
We spent a night in a cozy room that was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy, and the AC worked well in the heat. Just a short walk to some nice spots, and we even found a playground nearby for the kids. Only bummer was the small size of the room, but it fit our needs just fine.

I had a really good stay in a double or twin room with a private external bathroom. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. Staff helped me book a taxi to the airport and provided great local tips. There’s access to a lovely garden and pool. 🌼

I stayed in a double or twin room with a private external bathroom. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Air conditioning worked really well, which was nice given the heat. Just a little annoying that they didn't have an iron or a bottle of water in the room. Overall, pretty solid experience!

Staying in the double room was a comfortable experience. the room was clean, and air conditioning functioned perfectly, which was ideal given the warm weather. The proximity to attractions made it easy to explore without much hassle. However, no one was available for check-in at the initial location, which complicated the start of my stay. Access to basic amenities like water and an iron would have enhanced the convenience.

My stay was a delight! The room was super comfy and had great AC, just what you need in the Tuscan heat. Special props to Alberto and Oscar, who went out of their way to help me get around and book a taxi. The lovely garden and pool at the main hotel were icing on the cake for a refreshing dip after a day out!
The check-in circus had me wandering around for ages since it’s three blocks away at the main hotel. Plus, I couldn't reach the towels in the tall bathroom, and we ran out of toilet paper the last day. Still, the charm of Florence kept my spirits high!
